Product Information
We have taken great care to ensure that our images
are of the highest quality and projector compatible. Every images is
individually corrected and sized horizontally so that all will easily
adapt to your projector or TV screen. The higher resolution images can
also be used for your printing needs, please see our "Terms
of Use" before purchasing images for print.

1. Projector
Sized to 1024 x 768 pixels, and are designed for today's digital
projects. Ratio 4:3. The 4:3 ratio is also the same ratio as a computer
screen.
2. TV-NTSC*
The NTSC images are sized to properly display on TV without distorting
the image. NTSC is mainly used in North America. Sized to 720x480
pixels. Ratio 4:3.
3. TV-PAL*
The PAL images are sized to properly display on TV without distorting
the image. PAL is used in most European countries. Sized to 720x576
pixels. Ratio 4:3.
4. HD (High Definition)
All our high definition images are designed to be used on high
definition equipment. There are many different size formats for HD
1080i, 1080p, 720p and 480p, all formats are at a 16:9 ratio (wider
screen than NTSC). As the ratio remains the same our images will work
with all these formats.
5. Print
The printed images are supplied at 2400x1800 or 3000x2250 at 300 dpi.
They are all supplied at the 4:3 ratio, and can be used at print sizes
up to 12"x9". Please see our "Terms
of Use" before purchasing images for print.

Product
Questions
1. Will the text and logo be on the images I
purchase?
The text & logo on the Preview images is called a watermark. The purpose
of the watermark is to prevent use of the low resolution preview images.
Watermarks do not appear on the purchased images.
2. What is the Extended Licenses?
The extended license allows you to use the images for print resale (i.e.
magazines, postcards, calendars, CD covers, etc.). Not intended for
online use- digital image is not to be packaged or resold in any way- in
whole or in part.
3. Can I use your images for uses other than what
you describe?
There are some acceptable uses that have not been specified in our terms
of use, if you have a question about how an image may be used that is
not covered please email by using the form in the contact section.
4. How can I narrow down the search that is returned?
Click on "Advanced Search" under the search box and choose match "all
key words". It is best to enter at least two words, e.g. "red fire".
5. Will the files work in PowerPoint?
YES. The projector format will work best in PowerPoint. Use the insert
background command or insert picture to import them into PowerPoint.
6. Will the files work in Worship Software?
YES. The projector format will work best in all the major worship software.
Downloading
1. Why can't I open the files I downloaded?
All files are compressed prior to downloading; this allows us to provide
you with a smaller download (reducing download time), as well as package
multiple images together in one download. To uncompress these files, you
will require a free version of WinZip. To download WinZip, go to
www.winzip.com.
2. When I try to open my download there is nothing
there.
When the download window pops open, you have to choose 'Save' (not
'Open') in order for your files to appear. You will need to specify a
download location where you want the files saved- that is where you will
open them from.
3. Can I re-download an image I purchased if I need to?
YES. Your order history is saved under your account. When you login you
will be able to view and download any and all previous purchases at any
time.
4. How do I find the files I purchased?
Use this tutorial "windows
file explorer" to learn how to locate files. If you are unsure of
where you downloaded your files, you can also re-download them and take
note of where they are downloading to.
Orders/Account
1. Why can't I use my Email Address to
create a new Account?
The system will only allow you to create one account under your email
address, to have your password emailed to you click on "Forgot
your password?"
2. Why does my order show as ‘Pending’ on my
account page?
If the status of your order is "pending", your order is incomplete and
the payment did not go through. Please return to "Checkout" to complete
order.
3. What currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in US funds. Taxes (GST) will be added to all
Canadian orders.
4. Can I have my order shipped to me on a CD?
All orders are by instant download only. We do not ship out CDs of your
order. Once you have downloaded the product you can burn a backup copy
onto a CD. If you have a larger order ($100+) and would like to receive
them on CD please contact us using the Contact Form.
5. Why can’t I use the ‘Send to a Friend’ or
‘Email lightbox’ features?
You may have a pop-up blocker installed that is preventing the email
window from appearing. You need to turn it off in order to use these
features.
6. Can I get a discount for purchasing multiple images at once?
YES. We offer bulk purchasing discount via the coupon codes listed
below:
Projector, TV-NTSC, TV-PAL:
Purchase 10 or more images at a discounted price of $2.25 each. Enter
coupon code "10-pack" during checkout.
HD:
Purchase 5 or more HD images at a discounted price of $3.75 each. Enter
coupon code "HD5-pack" during checkout.
Lightbox
1. What is the lightbox?
The lighbox is a place to save images. It can be used to store your
favorites for later viewing or purchasing; or, it can be used to compare
several images side-by-side.
2. How do I add images to my lightbox?
To add images to your lightbox simply click on the box below the
right-hand corner of the thumbnail. A checkmark will appear to indicate
the image has been successfully added.
3. When I return to your site my lightbox has been emptied, why?
The lightbox uses cookies to remember the images you have selected. If
your internet settings are set up so cookies are blocked or disabled the
lightbox will always show as empty. You need to adjust your browser
settings to allow cookies.
